LASIK Package with Minnesota Eye Consultants

This package includes a pre-operative evaluation, the LASIK procedure, and six (6) months of postoperative examinations with Dr. Samuel F. Passi. Once bidding ends, the winner will be provided with a certificate eligible for redemption from December 2019 through June 2020. LASIK eligibility will be determined by Minnesota Eye Consultants. In the event that the winner is not eligible for LASIK, the certificate is transferrable to another individual, but still must be used before the expiration date. The winner cannot use the value of this certificate towards another procedure. Other restrictions may apply.
